Two men and a woman are due to appear in court later charged in connection with the Ј53m Securitas depot raid.
John Fowler, 57, a car salesman, is charged with conspiracy to rob Securitas, and the kidnap of Colin, Lynn and Craig Dixon.
Stuart Royle, 47, is accused of conspiracy to rob, while Kim Shackleton, 39, faces a charge of handling stolen goods.
They are due to appear before Maidstone magistrates on Thursday morning.
A woman held on Monday has been released on bail.
Police extension
Police said Mr Fowler, of Elderden Farm, Staplehurst; Mr Royle, of no fixed address; and Ms Shackleton, of Allen Street, Maidstone, would appear in court at 0930 GMT.
Magistrates granted police an extension to question two other men until 2100 GMT.
Assistant Chief Constable Adrian Leppard said he was "pleased with the progress of this case".
But he added: "This investigation is likely to continue for many months and possibly years as we track down those responsible and indeed all of the stolen money.
"Future success will rely upon thorough and painstaking detective work."
The raid, Britain's biggest cash robbery, happened at the depot in Tonbridge, Kent, in the early hours of 22 February.
Securitas staff returned to work at the premises in Vale Road on Wednesday, after a week of police activity and an audit of the amount of money stolen.
